Due to COVID-19 Level 5 restrictions announced by the Government of South Australia on 20 July 2021, the office of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption (ICAC) and the Office for Public Integrity (OPI) will move to remote operations commencing 4:30pm Tuesday 20 July 2021 until further notice.

Making a complaint or report

If you wish to make a complaint or report about corruption, misconduct or maladministration in public administration; or make a complaint about the conduct of a South Australia Police officer, you can report it online.

It is not possible to make a complaint or report via telephone at this time.

Access to the Office for Public Integrity (OPI)

In line with South Australia’s COVID-19 Level 5 restrictions, public access to the Office for Public Integrity (OPI) will be closed from 4:30pm Tuesday 20 July 2021 until further notice.

Contacting the OPI or ICAC

OPI and ICAC staff are now working remotely in accordance with South Australia’s COVID-19 Level 5 restrictions.

ICAC events and training

As of Tuesday 20 July 2021 all ICAC events have been cancelled until further notice. Public officers are encouraged to register for the ICAC Online Learning Portal and complete the ICAC Induction for Public Officers and ICAC Conflicts of Interest courses.
