If the Commissioner undertakes a review of a legislative scheme, the Commissioner can publish a report outlining recommendations.
On 16 May 2019 Commissioner Lander's report A Twelve Month Review of the Police Complaints and Discipline Act 2016 was tabled in Parliament.
The report was prepared in accordance with section 42 of the ICAC Act.
On 4 November 2019 the Attorney-General appointed retired Auxiliary Judge Gordon Barrett QC to undertake the review contemplated by section 48 of the Police Complaints and Discipline Act 2016 (SA).
Auxiliary Judge Barrett concluded his review on 17 April 2020. His final report which includes 35 recommendations was tabled in Parliament on 28 April 2020.
On 30 June 2015 Commissioner Lander published his Review of Legislative Schemes governing complaints about public administration.
On 30 October 2014 Commissioner Lander’s report A review of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 1993 (SA) was tabled in Parliament.
