On 17 May 2022, the Commission’s report entitled ‘Failing the Corruption Road Test: Corruption Risks in South Australia's Driver Training Industry' was tabled in Parliament.

The report, which has been prepared under section 42 of the ICAC Act, outlines a pattern of wrongdoing over time among some individuals serving as authorised examiners appointed by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles for the purpose of conducting practical driving tests, and makes nine recommendations to prevent potential corruption.
