On 1 June 2021 the Commissioner published her report Identify, Disclose and Manage: Conflicts of Interest in Public Administration.

Intended as general advice for South Australia’s diverse cohort of public officers, the report covers the principles of identifying, disclosing and managing conflicts of interest. It also addresses common misconceptions and frequently asked questions, and outlines some of the common functions of public administration potentially at risk from poorly handled conflicts of interest.
