The following ICAC matters are being prosecuted by the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

The following is an alphabetical list of matters currently before a court as a result of an ICAC investigation.

This list identifies the initial charges laid before the court. However, the number and type of charges may change during the course of a prosecution. Changes are not detailed here as the Commission does not decide when or in what way charges are amended.

Some matters are not listed here as they are subject to suppression orders.

Any persons charged after the changes to the ICAC Act came into effect on 7 October 2021 will not be added to this list. Section 54 of the ICAC Act now prevents the publication of that information.

Once a prosecution has concluded, information about the matter will shift to the concluded prosecution list.
