As a result of an investigation undertaken by my office, three people were arrested on 15 and 16 May 2017.

A 45-year-old woman from Clearview, who is a public officer, has been charged with two counts of abuse of public office. The alleged offences occurred between 9 April 2017 and 15 May 2017. The woman has been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court at 10:00am on 23 June 2017.

A 48-year-old man of no fixed permanent address, who is not a public officer, has been charged with two counts of aiding, abetting, counselling and procuring an abuse of public office in relation to the charges laid against the 45-year-old woman. Bail has been refused. The man will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court at 10:00am on 25 July 2017.

A 21-year-old woman from Elizabeth Grove, who is not a public officer, has been charged with one count of aiding, abetting, counselling and procuring an abuse of public office in relation to one charge laid against the 45-year-old woman. The woman has been bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court at 10:00am on 23 June 2017.
